About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead complex schemes in and around **Belfast**. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major infrastructure projects.

- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, site staff, and subcontractors.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage risk, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Monitor project performance, reporting progress and financial status to senior management.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant legislation and contractual obligations.
- Conduct site inspections and progress meetings regularly.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager in the civil engineering or infrastructure construction sector.
- Demonstrable success in managing large, complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Chartered status (e.g., CEng, PEng, MCIOB) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with government bodies and utilities is a plus.
- Ability to manage projects effectively within the **Belfast** region and wider **Northern Ireland**.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
