About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage and coordinate all project activities, from procurement and design through to construction and handover.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders through regular reporting and virtual meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Construction Project Manager with experience managing diverse projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Procore).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
