Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a significant portion involving complex projects.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing digital transformation initiatives within the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of BIM, VDC, project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6), and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrable experience in managing projects remotely and leading distributed teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, contractual agreements, and financial management.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
