About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of exciting projects across the UK, operating from a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing complex construction initiatives, coordinating with diverse teams, and managing stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management , managing projects of significant scale and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management , scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and comfortable with remote collaboration tools.
