About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team, overseeing key projects in and around Coventry . This role is central to the successful execution of diverse construction developments, from initial planning through to final handover. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including client liaison, budget control, team coordination, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets , tracking expenditures and implementing cost-control measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all construction sites.
- Manage project teams, including site staff and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies, providing regular project updates and status reports.
- Resolve site issues, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Construction Project Manager , with a proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project management software .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
