Senior Project Manager
I am currently working with a strong Tier Two Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for Senior Project Manager, to lead a new build, retirement village from groundworks to handover. The project will be low-rise, 4 storey retirement homes, with care facilities and commercial aspects.
This is a great opportunity to join a solid and stable company, with great opportunities of progression. Our client is looking for someone with experience overseeing construction projects across the whole build lifecycle, leading a team of 4-5 Managers.
Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager
- Leading on a flagship project for a tier two Main Contractor.
- Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.
- Oversee schemes as No1 - managing the whole build process from start to finish.
Requirements for Senior Project Manager
- Ideally a PM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
- Ideally but not essential, previous experience overseeing a new build school.
- Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations.
- Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress.
