About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead critical development and manufacturing projects in Nottingham . This hybrid role involves overseeing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring project progress, managing resources, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders. This position requires a blend of on-site leadership for team collaboration and facility oversight, combined with remote capabilities for strategic planning and reporting, driving the successful advancement of pharmaceutical innovations through meticulous project execution and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans , defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory affairs.
- Manage project execution, monitor progress against milestones, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure all project activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or business-related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex pharmaceutical development or manufacturing projects.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and risk management skills, adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
