About the Role
Our client is looking for a seasoned and highly organized Digital Project Manager to oversee key digital initiatives for their dynamic agency based in Liverpool . This role demands a strategic leader adept at managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, control, and closure. You will be responsible for ensuring that digital projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering strong client relationships and coordinating internal cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse digital projects, including website development, app launches, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage project scope, risks, and issues, proactively identifying and mitigating potential problems.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality expectations.
- Utilize project management software and methodologies to track progress and report on project status.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex digital projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of web development processes, digital marketing, and user experience design.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.
