About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Aviation Project Manager to lead key initiatives within their growing aerospace division in Bradford . This role requires a strategic thinker adept at managing complex projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and mitigating risks associated with aviation development and integration projects. Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
- Lead and motivate project teams comprised of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant aviation regulations and company policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years focused on the aerospace or aviation sector .
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
