Key Responsibilities

- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.
- Communicate project progress and key issues to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Manage procurement processes, including contract negotiation and administration.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management software , and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Hold relevant professional qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and control project costs.
