About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead significant building projects in the Milton Keynes area. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they meet objectives related to scope, budget, timeline, and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage and coordinate all project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to stay on track.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in project management within the construction industry, with a portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction methodologies , scheduling, and cost control.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- A relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
