About the Role
Our client is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead their digital transformation initiatives. This is a completely remote position, enabling you to contribute from any location within the UK. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the organisation through significant technological and process changes, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new digital solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects, from initial concept to full implementation and post-project evaluation.
- Develop and manage detailed project roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in a remote setting.
- Engage and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and technology partners.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies associated with digital change.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment, leveraging virtual collaboration tools effectively.
- Champion the adoption of new digital processes and technologies across the organisation.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a significant focus on digital transformation or change management projects.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with multiple interdependencies.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, cloud computing, and business process re-engineering.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a virtual context.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Prince2 or PMP certification is highly desirable.
