About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated IT Project Manager to spearhead their technology initiatives from their Milton Keynes office. This is a critical role focused on delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. The role requires strong technical acumen combined with excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction within a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, technical requirements, and resource needs.
- Oversee project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management .
- Proven ability to manage technical projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and Agile methodologies .
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
