About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from anywhere within the UK, with a focus on projects initially based in the Nottingham region. This is a fully remote position, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage projects and teams effectively without a physical office presence. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to leverage technology for seamless collaboration and project oversight across dispersed teams and sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project goals are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage stakeholder communications and relationships effectively through virtual channels.

Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Construction Project Manager , preferably managing large-scale projects.
