About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead key projects within their portfolio, operating entirely remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and final delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial conception and design through to final handover, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation , scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, facilitating clear and consistent communication.
- Conduct regular remote progress reviews and site visits (where necessary and feasible) to monitor construction activities and ensure quality control.
- Implement and maintain robust project tracking systems to report on progress, identify potential issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Construction Project Manager with significant experience in managing diverse projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaborative tools for remote team management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills , with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in project management or construction are highly desirable.
