Overview As a Project Manager / NEC Supervisor, you will lead on-site supervision for NEC4 projects within infrastructure sectors, ensuring delivery on time and budget. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to align design, compliance, and performance with project objectives. The role offers progression towards senior project management while delivering high-quality outcomes on major infrastructure schemes. You will contribute to shaping project delivery culture and standards on diverse transportation, utilities, and highway initiatives.
Responsibilities - Fulfil NEC Supervisor duties with on-site delivery experience and alignment to contract requirements
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance and delivery of outcomes
- Travel to sites to provide on-site supervision and resource management
- Chair project meetings, produce reports, and manage stakeholder communications
- Apply knowledge of NEC contracts, notices, and contract administration
- Lead end-to-end project management activities where required, ensuring delivery to time and cost targets
- Support client interface to meet objectives and maintain quality standards
- Monitor internal project financials and sustain client relationships through cross-functional collaboration
Key requirements - NEC ECC Project Manager accreditation or ability to achieve accreditation
- Experience in the construction phase of infrastructure projects (highways, structures, utilities)
- Ability to travel to sites for on-site supervision
- Experience with project documentation, design, and compliance management
- Strong knowledge of latest legislation, environmental and statutory consents
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience chairing project meetings and reporting
- Knowledge of NEC contracts and contract notices
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
