Responsibilities - Provide leadership across major infrastructure and environmental programmes, setting direction and delivering high-quality outcomes
- Lead integration of multidisciplinary teams with robust project management, clear accountability and delivery governance
- Oversee assurance, governance and compliance to keep projects well controlled and aligned with briefs
- Influence client, project and stakeholder decision-making, driving engagement and shaping strategy
- Strengthen client relationships and grow future opportunities by positioning WSP as a trusted delivery partner
- Champion excellence within the EPM team by mentoring leaders and raising delivery standards
Key requirements - Proven experience leading environmental projects or workstreams within complex infrastructure, development or multidisciplinary programmes
- Strong environmental background across EIA, contaminated land or similar specialisms
- Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and integrating environmental inputs to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Solid project leadership capability across governance, planning, risk, programme and delivery management
- Confident, collaborative leader with experience in client engagement and stakeholder management
- Chartered, or working towards chartership, with a relevant professional institution
