Overview As Project Manager, you will drive wind, solar and storage project delivery from pre-construction to completion, coordinating internal teams and external partners while safeguarding safety, environment and governance. You’ll steer scope, budget, schedule and risk, and report to senior management. You will lead procurement and BoP activities and ensure effective design input, site execution and use of Statkraft controls. You’ll join a cross-functional renewables team focused on large-scale projects with a clear impact on the company’s energy transition.

Responsibilities - Define and manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk to meet delivery targets
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, permitting and anti-corruption requirements
- Provide project reporting, governance, documentation and progress updates to senior management
- Lead tendering and procurement activities, including Balance of Plant contracts
- Coordinate technical design inputs and oversee site activities as required
- Utilize Statkraft systems for project controls, contracts, safety, risk and financial management
- Support continuous improvement and contribute to the wider renewable energy project delivery team
Key requirements - Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related discipline
- Proven experience delivering renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects through construction
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, particularly wind, solar and battery energy storage
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts and delivery from development to operations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project (or equivalent), SharePoint and working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate risks and updates clearly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
