Overview In this role you will drive the delivery of complex space projects by coordinating engineering, business, legal, and finance teams. You will keep programmes on track, align work with milestones, and manage scope across propulsion, avionics, structures, and operations. You will lead the collection and delivery of verification and validation evidence for the launch vehicle and subsystems. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk-aware planning, and preparing the ground for future launch initiatives. Responsibilities - Manage stakeholders and ensure successful technical delivery of engineering projects
- Create, manage, and oversee new and existing work packages and project scopes
- Lead delivery of verification and validation evidence for the launch vehicle and its subsystems
- Create and manage work packages, ensuring alignment with engineering and mission requirements
- Coordinate stakeholders across propulsion, avionics, structures, and operations to ensure successful technical delivery
- Support development of future launch projects and grant applications
Key requirements - Experience in the space sector or aerospace industry
- Strong track record of delivering engineering projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Awareness of related functions such as procurement and engineering management
