Overview In this role you drive end-to-end delivery across Web and App software, Broadband, and Middleware initiatives. You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, ensure quality and on-time deliverables within cost and risk constraints, and lead project planning and governance. You’ll report progress to key stakeholders and contribute to the project pipeline and programme roadmap. You’ll implement consistent PM methodologies, manage resources and risks, and collaborate with development and technical teams to enable successful outcomes.

Responsibilities - Manage projects across multiple domains (Web/App, Broadband, Middleware) to deliver agreed outcomes
- Identify and manage key stakeholder relationships efficiently
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, cost, risk, and time constraints
- Develop and gain agreement on the project plan; provide regular progress reports and communications
- Maintain a consistent project management methodology and governance with complete documentation
- Manage resources (internal teams and a few third parties) and oversee risks, issues, and contingencies
- Oversee project/programme resourcing, and forecasting of costs in a PPM context
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to deliver projects
- Master project planning processes and handle negotiations, conflicts, and escalation of issues
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and uncertainties
Key requirements - Experience with project governance processes and client projects
- PMO environment experience is advantageous
- Experience managing RAID in programme/project settings
- Risk management, actions, dependencies, and issues reporting
- Financial management: forecasting resource/expense costs and reporting in a PPM tool; typical budgets up to 1m
- Experience performing in a Project Manager role in multi-disciplinary, commercial environments
- Strong collaboration with Development and Technical teams
- Proficiency in project planning techniques and methodologies
