Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end project management commissions within the Energy & Natural Resources team, overseeing delivery on large or complex projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met. The position offers exposure to high-profile, technically demanding projects with a supportive, growth-oriented culture. Responsibilities - Provide strategic advisory at project inception to align with client objectives
- Define and manage project requirements and success criteria
- Establish governance, processes, and master project plans
- Develop and monitor resource plans and procurement
- Lead cross-functional project teams and stakeholder engagement
- Track performance with KPIs and manage change control
- Prepare budgets, monitor costs and forecasts
- Manage risk identification, mitigation, and reporting
- Maintain project communications with client and consultants
- Drive Health & Safety and Environmental considerations
- Plan and manage quality, safety, and environment issues
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge management
- Identify internal process improvements
Key requirements - Degree in relevant discipline
- Working towards MCIOB/APM or similar
- Proven experience managing HT&M projects, ideally in consultancy
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
- Willingness to obtain BPSS level security clearance
