Overview As a Project Manager in our Infrastructure practice, you will lead end-to-end delivery of water-sector projects in the Midlands and Central South. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet time, cost and quality targets while delivering client objectives. The role offers exposure to varied commissions, from solo assignments to larger major projects, across a growing water portfolio. You’ll apply civil engineering insight to drive reliable outcomes and contribute to a mission of shaping impactful infrastructure.
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management commissions.
- Provide targeted support on major commissions by delivering specific service elements.
- Ensure delivery meets client objectives, schedule, budget and quality standards.
- Lead the project team and develop strong client and cross-functional relationships.
- Discharge general line management responsibilities where appropriate.
- Identify and act on business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Monitor the internal financial status of projects and communicate data effectively.
Key requirements - NEC (3/4) accreditation preferred
- Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS or equivalent (preferred)
- Degree in a construction-related subject (ideal)
- Civil engineering background with water sector experience (ideal)
- Experience delivering projects in the 1m–10m range (typical) and ability to manage larger engagements in supporting roles
