Overview In this role you lead multiple medium-size renewables projects, guiding cross-functional teams from concept through commissioning. You’ll be the primary link between customers and internal delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. The position supports the company’s Net Zero and safety-focused mission by improving project performance and customer satisfaction. You will work hybrid with travel to Ireland for key stakeholder engagement and project execution, delivering end-to-end lifecycle services.
Responsibilities - Execute project orders and ensure performance across scope, schedule, safety, quality, cost, and cash flow
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, sourcing, and subcontractors
- Develop and own project plans, allocate resources, monitor budgets, ensure compliance and on-time delivery
- Lead project reviews, capture customer requirements, and drive alignment with client expectations
- Support bid/proposal activities and act as the customer-facing point for forecasting, risk, changes, and invoicing
- Oversee on-site activities such as handover, kick-off meetings, installation, commissioning, and service with clients and suppliers
- Promote a culture of total project ownership from sales handover to project completion
- Ensure safety practices and continuous improvement of project planning/execution processes
- Capture lessons learned and apply best practices from custody metering skid fabrication and related projects
- Engage daily with customers, project team members, and management to sustain delivery excellence
Key requirements - BS or BA in engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years in a similar project management role in process control
- Solid knowledge of flow measurement and gas regulation
- Familiarity with international, Irish, and UK gas industry standards and codes
