Overview As an NEC3/NEC4–accredited project or cost manager, you will lead complex infrastructure initiatives across Water, Aviation, Roads, Rail and more. You’ll mentor junior PMs, drive objectives with cross-functional teams, and ensure robust project controls and governance. The role blends leadership, commercial acumen and problem solving to deliver high-profile programmes. You will work in a hybrid pattern to support clients and shape outcomes that matter.

Responsibilities - Lead delivery of infrastructure projects and programmes across lifecycle
- administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts for projects in your portfolio
- develop and mentor project teams and stakeholders
- manage objectives, budgets, forecasting and risk for client programmes
- communicate with senior client representatives and maintain trusted advisor relationships
- drive planning, reporting and governance across multiple workstreams
- solve complex problems and translate them into deliverable solutions
- maintain health, safety, quality and environmental management on projects
Key requirements - Significant experience in infrastructure project/programme management
- NEC3/NEC4 accreditation in an ECC Project Manager role or recent equivalent
- Strong leadership and teamDevelopment skills
