Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects in a retail environment, guiding cross-functional teams to successful outcomes. You will engage senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and govern initiatives using established delivery practices. You will drive technology transformation within a leading retailer, aligning projects with Finance and Supply Chain processes. You will operate in a Hybrid Nottingham setup, coordinating across on-site and offshore delivery when needed. Key requirements - 10+ years in IT and project delivery
- Proven track record delivering complex IT projects from initiation to implementation
- Experience leading onshore and offshore delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous experience within a retail organisation
- Expert knowledge of business processes across Finance and Supply Chain
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance, and best practices
- PRINCE2, APM PMQ (APMP), PMP, or equivalent certification
