Overview In this role you lead lifecycle and variation projects at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital, driving on-time delivery within budget and scope. You will manage client briefs, coordinate design, procurement and commissioning, and maintain auditable documentation in line with ISO standards. You’ll oversee about 1.5M revenue, liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety and value for money. This position offers a clear impact on healthcare facilities and the broader energy and facilities services mission.

Responsibilities - Lead lifecycle and variation project management from brief to completion
- Coordinate design, procurement, PPP pack review and sign-off
- Manage circa 1.5M revenue with financial accountability
- Procure and supervise contractors and subcontractors on site
- Monitor progress, safety, quality and schedule adherence
- Maintain comprehensive project files for auditable trail (ISO aligned)
- Conduct project review meetings and stakeholder liaison
- Ensure customer-focused delivery and value for money

- Experience in healthcare or similar challenging environments
- Strong understanding of project management principles
