Overview In this role you will support large-scale defence capital projects within our Nottingham Real Estate delivery portfolio. You will work with a cross-functional team to manage design activities, risk and change, across RIBA stages. The role offers exposure to a growing defence framework and opportunities to develop delivery expertise within a supportive, collaborative environment. You help drive project outcomes that align with client needs and our sector ambitions.

Responsibilities - Day-to-day design team management at delivery level
- Own core project management tasks across all RIBA work stages
- Support large-scale defence contracts within the Defence Sector Portfolio
- Facilitate programme, risk and change management
- Coordinate with design disciplines and resource planning
- Ensure client care and clear communication with stakeholders
Key requirements - Proven track record on large-scale defence projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Experience leading design management or post-contract activities
- Experience supporting design teams or resource management
- SC level Security Clearance
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Willingness to travel with overnight stays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and using Common Data Environments
