Overview In this role you drive commercial project management and building surveying within a busy Scottish team, coordinating builds, refurbishments, and internal fit-outs for investor and corporate clients. You will assemble design teams, manage delivery, and foster client relationships to deliver value across property projects. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external consultants to ensure excellent service and sustainable outcomes. Responsibilities - Coordinate with teams and clients to develop business opportunities
- Provide project management for new build, repair, refurbishment, and internal fit-out projects
- Assemble and manage design teams for project delivery
- Develop and deliver best practices in project management
- Support project and building surveying colleagues as needed
- Coordinate portfolio instructions and perform ad-hoc duties
- Build and maintain professional client relationships and seek new opportunities
- Travel as required
Key requirements - MRICS (building surveying) / APM with proven experience, preferably PQE in a commercial consultancy
- Experience with AutoCAD (advantage)
- Strong verbal and numerical skills with report writing ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexible, able to work under pressure
- Excellent presentation, communication skills
- Clean driving licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
