Overview In this role you drive day-to-day delivery across architecture, technology and solution workstreams to align design, build, testing and readiness with the integrated programme plan. You coordinate cross‑domain activities with partners and ensure decisions align with enterprise architecture and a future-ready platform. You’ll support SAP S/4HANA and related ecosystems to deliver a harmonised, global operating model. This is a hands-on, governance‑driven position at scale, with exposure to senior stakeholders and multiple delivery partners.
Responsibilities - Drive day-to-day delivery across Architecture, Technology and Solution workstreams in line with the programme plan
- Maintain detailed workstream plans covering architecture, delivery, design, integration, tooling, security, testing, cutover and hypercare readiness
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions; ensure clear ownership across Weir, Deloitte, SAP and third parties
- Coordinate delivery activity through architecture forums, governance and design authority meetings
- Identify and address delivery slippage with corrective actions
- Ensure outputs meet scope, time, quality and budget parameters
- Support architecture governance, document decisions, and follow up on actions
- Coordinate technology delivery across S/4HANA core, cloud, environments, data and security
- Track readiness for build, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare; manage dependencies
- Support end-to-end solution design alignment and cross-domain planning
- Own integrated planning and dependency management; maintain RAID logs and status reporting
- Support SAP Activate‑aligned planning, readiness evidence and gate reviews
- Maintain programme tools and reporting; ensure traceability from decisions to milestones
- Coordinate with SAP, Deloitte and partners; manage supplier deliverables and actions
- Coordinate testing, cutover and operational readiness; plan for BAU transition and long-term operability
Key requirements - Proven experience in managing workstreams within large-scale ERP/SAP S/4HANA or enterprise transformation programmes
- Strong planning, governance, RAID management, dependency management and reporting skills
- Experience coordinating architecture, technology, or solution design workstreams
- Ability to manage complex dependencies across functional, technical, data, integration, security and testing teams
- Experience in multi-party delivery models with internal teams, SI, SAP, hyperscalers and vendors
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication; ability to translate status into clear reporting
- Familiarity with ERP implementation lifecycles and SAP Activate or similar methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Strong to manage gates, milestones and governance requirements
- Knowledge of architecture governance forums and Design Authority processes (Nice to Have)
