Responsibilities - Lead and deliver construction projects from concept through completion
- Manage programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder relationships
- Engage with clients and collaborate with senior leadership on business growth
- Develop teams and take ownership of projects across multiple sectors
- Ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and high quality standards
Key requirements - Proven experience in project management within the construction and property industry
- Experience delivering projects through all stages of the lifecycle
- Degree in a construction-related discipline
- Chartered status, or working towards chartership with RICS, CIOB or APM
- Strong understanding of project controls, procurement and contract administration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities for business development
