Overview As a Project Manager, you will lead delivery of new build and affordable housing schemes from start to finish. You’ll oversee programmes, budgets, quality and safety, guiding site teams and coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors. You’ll report to senior leadership and ensure on-time, on-budget project success while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Overall project planning and delivery
- Managing and supporting Site Managers and site teams
- Programme and budget management
- Stakeholder and client relationship management
- Monitoring quality, health & safety, and compliance standards
- Risk management and problem-solving
- Reporting project performance to senior management
- Ensuring developments are delivered on time and within budget
Key requirements - Proven track record of managing residential construction projects
- Strong understanding of affordable housing delivery
- Experience with traditional build and/or timber frame housing developments (desirable)
