Responsibilities - Deliver complex, multidisciplinary healthcare projects across all lifecycle stages from design to handover within scope, time, and budget
- Maintain regular communication with clients, design teams, procurement, cost engineering, planning, construction, and OHS teams for seamless coordination
- Provide effective NEC4 contract administration and manage contractual risks and stakeholder obligations
- Oversee scope changes via formal change control to minimise impact on programme, cost and quality
- Track and report project progress and instantiate proactive issue resolution
- Establish and maintain client relationships and support business development activities
Key requirements - Experience leading construction projects within consultancy or client organizations
- Pre- and post-contract design/project management experience across the RIBA lifecycle
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- NEC4 Contract Administration (Accreditation highly regarded)
