Overview In this role you drive BIM delivery for complex building services projects within Arup’s multidisciplinary Building Engineering Team. You’ll lead model planning, data production and cross‑discipline coordination to improve decision‑making and project outcomes. You’ll mentor team members, coordinate with stakeholders, and support project managers to keep objectives on track. The position combines technical BIM leadership with a focus on sustainable, innovative solutions in a global context.

Responsibilities - Plan and produce BIM models, drawings and data for projects
- Supervise and support team members across disciplines
- Act as focal point for collaborative BIM delivery and coordination strategies
- Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Provide progress updates and flag potential issues to the Project Manager
- Offer technical support to the wider team throughout project delivery
Key requirements - Deep knowledge of Autodesk Revit (model setup, modelling, drawing production, family management)
- Strong background in MEP building services systems and cross‑discipline coordination
- Solid understanding of standards to produce high‑quality models and drawings
- Experience in guiding and mentoring others through training and feedback
- Excellent communication skills and ability to report to Project Managers and collaborate with clients
