Responsibilities - Deliver project and commercial management across major infrastructure projects
- Lead budgeting, cost management, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Manage contract administration, including change management, early warnings, and risk management
- Oversee invoicing and payments and maintain project documentation and reporting
- Support lifecycle activities from initiation to close in collaboration with senior leadership and clients
Key requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline
- Knowledge and experience of managing NEC4 suite of contracts
- Experience delivering or supporting projects in infrastructure or built environment sectors
- Digitally savvy with Microsoft Office; Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate desirable
- APM PMQ or equivalent; plan to achieve Chartered Project Professional status desirable
