Overview In this role you will oversee asset and project management within the Highways and Structures team. You will ensure accurate records, data, and inspections support safe, well-maintained networks around the M25 and surrounding counties. You will lead inventory strategies, risk assessments, and subcontractor delivery to meet project goals. This position offers impact through structured asset planning and health, safety, quality, and environmental excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive reliable, sustainable road network performance.

Responsibilities - Monitor current assets and plan future renewals
- Manage inventory, structures and pavement inspection programmes
- Develop Schemes Database for proposals
- Collate records on network condition, inventory, and improvements
- Produce and monitor regular inspection programmes
- Coordinate subcontractor resources to meet standards and timelines
- Conduct risk assessments and method statements with approvals
- Prepare and present reports to clients as required
- Maintain accurate records of subcontractor work
- Identify works packages within closures and provide quantities/specifications to operations
- Demonstrate familiarity with materials performance and road construction techniques
- Apply knowledge of Highway Maintenance Activities
