Overview In this Project Manager role, you will lead end-to-end project delivery within our Real Estate team in Nottingham, coordinating client objectives with time, cost, and quality targets. You’ll act as the primary client interface, steer cross-functional teams, and establish governance and success criteria. The role offers exposure to projects up to substantial value and strategic advisory work, including urban regeneration funding. You will influence project outcomes, manage finances, risk, and reporting, and collaborate to turn client ambitions into measurable results.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management commissions and ensure on-time, on-cost delivery with appropriate quality
- Serve as day-to-day client interface to meet objectives
- Manage projects of varying scale and value, including advisory work with potential for larger overall size
- Provide strategic input at project conception and define success criteria (time, cost, tech, performance)
- Establish governance, processes and systems for the project
- Produce detailed project plan and manage resources procurement
- Lead cross-functional project team and monitor performance with KPIs
- Oversee change control and project finances
- Manage information flow and create formal progress reports
- Interface with clients and consultants across all project stages
Key requirements - Degree in relevant discipline (desirable)
- Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential)
