Responsibilities - Manage site teams and subcontractors
- Drive programme performance and project delivery
- Maintain client and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor health and safety and ensure site compliance
- Collaborate with commercial and design teams
- Oversee quality, reporting, and project controls
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Key requirements - Proven experience in a main contracting environment
- Currently working as Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, or Project Manager
- Experience delivering new build or extension projects valued at 5m+
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred
