About the Role
Our client, a prominent retail group, is looking for a dedicated Commercial Project Manager to enhance their operational efficiency and drive strategic projects within their retail network. This role, based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK , will involve managing a diverse range of projects focused on improving store performance, implementing new retail technologies, and optimizing supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans for commercial and operational initiatives within the retail sector.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with store managers, regional directors, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure buy-in.
- Oversee the implementation of new retail systems, processes, and in-store technologies.
- Analyze project performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies within retail operations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
