About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile methodologies to join their distributed team. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects, fostering collaboration within virtual teams, and ensuring continuous improvement in our Agile processes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project backlogs, ensuring clarity and prioritization of user stories and tasks.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment within a remote setting.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different geographical locations.
- Monitor project progress, identify impediments, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of Agile principles and practices.
- Experience managing projects and teams in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills tailored for remote work.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is highly desirable.
- Based within the UK, able to work independently and effectively from a home office.
