About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and quality control standards on all sites.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control.
