Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.

- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards, conducting regular quality control checks.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
- Manage site logistics, including material delivery, plant, and equipment.
- Liaise with the project management team, clients, and stakeholders to provide regular project updates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar leadership role within the construction industry.
- Demonstrable experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS certifications).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
