About the Role

They are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead a significant new development in **Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK**. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
- Manage project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.

- Ensure quality control and compliance with all specifications and building codes.

Requirements
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a Project Management capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Strong financial acumen and contract management experience.
- SMSTS or equivalent health and safety certification.
