About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of residential construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and oversee all site activities, including managing subcontractors, suppliers, and labour.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards on all sites.
- Liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.
- Manage procurement processes and contract administration.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction industry, specifically in residential development.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of building regulations, planning policies, and health and safety legislation.
- Excellent contract negotiation and management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Problem-solving aptitude and strong decision-making capabilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
