About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to closure, in a remote capacity.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are effectively implemented.
- Coordinate and manage remote project teams, including site personnel, contractors, and consultants.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders through virtual channels.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a significant portion managed remotely or in a distributed team environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, schedules, and project scope for complex construction projects.
- Expertise in using project management software (e.g., Procore, Asana, MS Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Teams).
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
