Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage manufacturing-focused projects, including process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing), Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing operational improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
