Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate effectively with remote design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients through virtual channels.
- Oversee project risks, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct virtual site inspections and progress reviews using advanced monitoring technologies where applicable.
- Manage project financials, including budget control, invoice processing, and cost reporting.
- Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders through regular virtual communication and updates.
- Lead and motivate remote project teams to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience with construction management software and digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Procore, Asana, MS Teams, BIM viewers).
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and negotiation skills, suited for a remote environment.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and contract management.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in financial management and budget control for construction projects.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is highly preferred.
