Key Responsibilities

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project sites.
- Conduct regular virtual progress meetings and prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients.
- Manage project finances, including budget tracking, cost control, and timely payment processing.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in construction project management , ideally with a portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects remotely and effectively utilize project management tools and collaboration software.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, adapted for a virtual environment.
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
