Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all aspects of high-rise construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project close-out.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring strict adherence to financial targets.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead and motivate a diverse project team, including site managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a project management capacity, specifically on high-rise or complex multi-storey buildings.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects with budgets exceeding £50 million.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements in the UK.
