About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of e-commerce platform development projects, from ideation to deployment.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Oversee the work of development, design, and QA teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders using virtual collaboration tools.
- Track project progress, generate reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and platform performance.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a significant focus on e-commerce or digital product development.
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Demonstrated success in managing remote teams and fostering effective virtual communication and collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for a remote setting.
- Must be based in the UK and eligible to work remotely.
