About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close out pharmaceutical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status reports, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline; PMP or equivalent certification highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry or a related regulated field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
